The Student Poster Presentation is your opportunity to shine! This platform is designed to highlight groundbreaking research and innovative ideas of students in the fields of advanced batteries, energy storage, and electric vehicles. Whether you're an undergraduate, graduate, or Ph.D. student, this is your chance to share your work with industry leaders, researchers, and peers.

Posters will be displayed on the expo floor allowing attendees, speakers and exhibitors access to innovative ideas in our industry.

Key Details

  • Who Can Participate?
    Open to students currently enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, or Ph.D. programs.
  • Topics of Interest:
    Posters should focus on topics related to advanced batteries, energy storage, EV technology, materials science, manufacturing, recycling, and related fields.
  • Presentation Format:
    All items must be submitted by August 28ᵗʰ. Show Management will evaluate submissions for inclusion based on the abstract’s clarity and the topic’s relevance. All posters are subject to final approval and discretion by Show Management. Posters displaying foul language or images will not be approved.
    • Maximum dimension: 22 inches by 28 inches
    • You must include the poster title, co-authors, and their affiliations
    • You must be registered to attend The battery Show for your Poster Presentation to be considered

The Battery Show Management will print your approved presentations and setup the poster boards. Show Management reserves the right to designate the placement of the poster boards onsite.

Posters will be displayed in the Poster Presentation Area throughout the event. Take the opportunity to present your work and connect with attendees and exhibitors during these posted hours.

  • Tuesday, October 13: 10-11:30am, 12:30-2:00pm, 2:30-4:00pm
  • Wednesday, October 14: 10-11:30am, 12:30-2:00pm, 2:30-4:00pm
  • Thursday, October 15: 10-11:30am, 12:30-2:00pm, 2:30-4:00pm

We ask that you be in the Poster Presentation area during these times. Pick 1 day, 2 days or all 3, we ask that you commit and be there. A full show schedule with your days and times will be sent to you prior to the event.

You may collect your printed poster board in the Show Management Office after the event on Thursday, October 15 from 3-4:30pm. Posters that are not collected during that time will be recycled.

Prepare Your Abstract:

Submit a 22x28 inch poster board summarizing your research, including objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

Submit Online:

Use the submission form below to upload your abstract and contact details.

Deadline:

All submissions must be received by August 28ᵗʰ.

Notification:

Accepted participants will be notified by September 3ʳᵈ.
