During move in days registration will be located in the back of Hall C. On Monday and during expo hours you can register in the Michigan Lobby.

Exhibitors are required to keep their booth staffed through the end of the show. Dismantling early is in violation of the fire code and may result in corrective action by Show Management and/or the Fire Marshal.

Exhibitor Services
Exhibitor Services will be located in Hall E3 on level 1. There is an escalator from Hall D on Level 2 that will lead you down to E3.

Lead Retrieval
Lead retrieval will be located in Hall E3 on level 1. There is an escalator from Hall D on Level 2 that will lead you down to E3.

Minimum Age to be on Expo Floor
For safety, insurance and security reasons, no one under the age of 18 is permitted in the expo halls or conference meeting rooms at our show. There are no childcare services available onsite. Only utility animals for the physically challenged are permitted. Please contact us at 310-445-4200 if you require special assistance in order to attend our event.

Airport Shuttles
Ride DAX

Detroit Air Xpress transforms the way you get to and from the airport, connecting you from destination to travel in one seamless step.
The Detroit Air Xpress, or DAX for short, is an express bus service that connects Downtown Detroit to DTW airport. This service operates up to 16 roundtrips daily, between 3:30 a.m. and 11 p.m. and the expected travel time is 30 to 50 minutes one way, depending on traffic conditions. Please be aware that construction along the route may impact travel times.
The Downtown Detroit stop is located on the west side of Washington Boulevard at the intersection of State Street. This location is in the heart of the hotel district, and steps from Rosa Parks Transit Center, DDOT, MoGo bike share, the People Mover, and SMART transit options. The QLINE is a few blocks away on Woodward Avenue.
DAX will stop at both McNamara and Evans Terminals at Detroit Metro Airport (DTW). The McNamara Terminal stop will be at the dedicated lane drop-off and pick-up point at Departures, and the Evans Terminal stop will be at the Ground Transportation Center.
Parking
Parking lots within walking distance to Huntington Place (shuttle service not available):
- Huntington Place Convention Center Parking ($20/day)
- Rooftop (enter ramp up from Congress west of Second)
- Washington (enter ramp down from Washington at Larned)
- Congress (enter from Congress at First)
- Millenium Garage (adjacent to Huntington Place, one block walk to entrance) ($20/day)
- Enter from Congress between Cass and First)
Parking lots with shuttle service provided to/from Huntington Place
- Off-site Option: River East Parking Garage – 1000 Franklin ($15/day):“Blue” Parking Shuttle picks up from Franklin Street and drops at the Huntington Place Riverfront Entrance on Atwater.• Pre-pay is not required at this parking location but recommended. Credit cards only are accepted at the garage.• Enter from Franklin Street• Shuttle runs every 15 minutes or less to Huntington Place
- Off-site Option: Bagley Mobility Hub – 1501 Wabash Street ($10/day):“Red” Parking Shuttle picks up from Bagley Street stairwell/entrance and drops off at the Huntington Place Riverfront Entrance on Atwater.• Pay on site using app or book online (ParkWhiz/Parkwhiz.com)• Enter from Wabash Street• Free electric vehicle charging stations available• Shuttle runs every 15 minutes or less to Huntington Place
Please note: the People Mover to Huntington Place will not be in service during show dates. Please utilize alternate modes of transportation.

Hotel shuttles will be provided every 15 minutes during posted shuttle hours with designated pick-up / drop-off locations outside of the properties for transportation to and from Huntington Place:

Mon 10/7: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Tue 10/8: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Wed 10/9: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Thu 10/10: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
The following hotels have their own shuttles that will transport our attendees directly to/from HP (attendees should check with the hotel directly for schedules):
