My Show Planner
Plan your days at The Battery Show and EVT Expo using My Show Planner. Create a profile to add sessions, networking events and meetings to your schedule. You’ll need to create a show planner to connect onsite with attendees and exhibitors through the mobile app.

Interactive Digital Wall
Hit The Battery Show and Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo with a plan to make the most of your time. Utilize one of the Interactive Digital Walls to help you navigate the conference and expo. Located in the Huntington Place lobby outside of Hall B and Hall A, you can’t miss these supersized information and wayfinding hubs. Stop by to search for networking events, exhibits, products and solutions, education sessions and speakers, tech demos, FAQs and more. View the floor plan to locate meeting rooms and find the exhibitors you want to meet on the expo floor. Explore in real-time all the features and events offered at The Battery Show.
Mobile App/Show Planner
Make sure to download The Battery Show North America app on your Apple or Android device. The app gives you access to your personalized My Show Planner with just a simple touch of the screen. Add educational sessions to your planner. Easily discover and locate the exhibitors you want to meet, add them to your My Show Planner, and connect and schedule appointments with them.
Mobile app features include:

Help/Information Desks
Information desks are located at the expo hall entrances. Get help downloading the digital event guide, finding educational sessions, navigating the show floor, using the mobile app and more!
First Aid
First aid will be located in Room B3 at the front of Hall B.
Hospital Information
The nearest hospital is the Detroit Receiving Hospital Emergency Room located at 4201 St Antoine, Detroit, MI 48201.
Concessions
Need a recharge break? Visit the Expo Hall Café located at the back of Hall D. Additional dining options are available in the Detroit Made Food Court and the Cork and Grind, both located on Level 2.
Coat and Luggage Check
Coat/Luggage check will be available on Level 1 Hall E Entrance.

Connect with peers and industry leaders in the Battery and EVT community as we celebrate The Battery Show's new home in the heart of Downtown Detroit.

Airport Shuttles
Ride DAX
Fast. Reliable. Convenient. Comfortable. Affordable. Safe.
Detroit Air Xpress transforms the way you get to and from the airport, connecting you from destination to travel in one seamless step.
The Detroit Air Xpress, or DAX for short, is an express bus service that connects Downtown Detroit to DTW airport. This service operates up to 16 roundtrips daily, between 3:30 a.m. and 11 p.m. and the expected travel time is 30 to 50 minutes one way, depending on traffic conditions. Please be aware that construction along the route may impact travel times.
The Downtown Detroit stop is located on the west side of Washington Boulevard at the intersection of State Street. This location is in the heart of the hotel district, and steps from Rosa Parks Transit Center, DDOT, MoGo bike share, the People Mover, and SMART transit options. The QLINE is a few blocks away on Woodward Avenue.
DAX will stop at both McNamara and Evans Terminals at Detroit Metro Airport (DTW). The McNamara Terminal stop will be at the dedicated lane drop-off and pick-up point at Departures, and the Evans Terminal stop will be at the Ground Transportation Center.
Parking
Parking lots within walking distance to Huntington Place (shuttle service not available):
- Huntington Place Convention Center Parking ($20/day)
- Rooftop (enter ramp up from Congress west of Second)
- Washington (enter ramp down from Washington at Larned)
- Congress (enter from Congress at First)
- Millenium Garage (adjacent to Huntington Place, one block walk to entrance) ($20/day)
- Enter from Congress between Cass and First)
Parking lots with shuttle service provided to/from Huntington Place
- Off-site Option: River East Parking Garage – 1000 Franklin ($15/day):“Blue” Parking Shuttle picks up from Franklin Street and drops at the Huntington Place Riverfront Entrance on Atwater.• Pre-pay is not required at this parking location but recommended. Credit cards only are accepted at the garage.• Enter from Franklin Street• Shuttle runs every 15 minutes or less to Huntington Place
- Off-site Option: Bagley Mobility Hub – 1501 Wabash Street ($10/day):“Red” Parking Shuttle picks up from Bagley Street stairwell/entrance and drops off at the Huntington Place Riverfront Entrance on Atwater.• Pay on site using app or book online (ParkWhiz/Parkwhiz.com)• Enter from Wabash Street• Free electric vehicle charging stations available• Shuttle runs every 15 minutes or less to Huntington Place
Please note: the People Mover to Huntington Place will not be in service during show dates. Please utilize alternate modes of transportation.

Hotel shuttles will be provided every 15 minutes during posted shuttle hours with designated pick-up / drop-off locations outside of the properties for transportation to and from Huntington Place:

Wed 10/9: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Thu 10/10: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
