Nuvation Engineering Develops Automated Testing Platform for Battery Stacks
Nuvation, an electronic design services company specializing in advanced battery management system (BMS) designs, has developed a new automated testing system for use with its BMS products. The platform allows users to monitor the temperature, current and voltage levels of battery stacks while simulating cell imbalances, over-discharge current, and over and under-temperature conditions, among other scenarios. The test environment also features a noise injector to replicate the noisy conditions found in industrial, power grid and electric vehicle battery systems environments.
